The "Flow" swimmer tends to have minor flaws in their leg-kick technique. The buoyancy of the suit helps correct these issues by lifting the legs and placing the swimmer in a more effective horizontal position.
Because this type of swimmer doesn’t have issues with upper-body strength or technique, they require high flexibility in the upper part of the suit to allow free arm movement.
The Flow range offers the perfect balance between the Flex (maximum flexibility) and Float (maximum buoyancy) ranges:
