Instructions for use:For threading please do not tear the neoprene with your nails or fingers always use your hand as flat as possible. For a perfect positioning you have to get your legs up (about 10 cms above the ankle).Do not use vaseline or similar product.Rinse your suit with cold water after each use.Dry your suit in the shade. It is strictly not recommended to put it in the sun or on a radiator to dry it.With these tips you will protect your suit and it will give you complete satisfaction for a long time!
