RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Running Concept, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.

Return conditions

Returned products must be:

• Complete

• Unused and in perfect condition

• Returned in their original packaging

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods

• Customized or personalized products

• Audio, video or software products that have been unsealed

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered in the form of a store credit according to the applicable conditions.
